Appointments and cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at 939-200-9707 and/or send a message.
We need to receive your intention to cancel 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Failure to cancel your appointment or reschedule it for another date will result in your deposit being withheld.
Arriving late to your appointment may result in you not receiving the full service as requested when scheduling your appointment. Time is reserved to avoid taking time away from the client in the appointment after yours or finishing up before the mall's closing time.
In the case of hands and feet, you can decide which of the two services to receive, and an appointment will be rescheduled for the other service if you wish.
Inka Spa reserves the right to adjust your service to accommodate the remaining time, or your deposit will be retained. We will do our best to ensure your appointment runs on time. However, if we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to communicate with you in advance. We will inform you of any changes or unforeseen circumstances before your appointment.
Deposit and cancellation policy when making an appointment
To guarantee your spot, for the 9 am and 6 pm appointments we will be requesting a $10.00 deposit at the time of booking your nail appointment.
This deposit will be refunded if you cancel 24 hours in advance or when you attend your appointment; it will be deducted from your total service fee.
Failure to provide the required notification will result in the deposit being withheld. This is to allow us to manage our schedules and planning and offer that space to another client.
Warranty policy
A guarantee is how we, as service providers, can rectify any errors that may occur during the nail application process. While unforeseen issues can arise, at lnka Nails you can rest assured that we will analyze your case to provide you with the best possible service.
Warning
Handling products like dyes, makeup, or chemicals can stain gel polish. Bronzers, oils, and constant contact with water can cause it to peel.

The guarantee of this type of claim is at our discretion.
Gel Polish
The warranty period is 7 days under the following conditions:
From 1 to 4 nails are repaired under the same design and tone.
From 5 to 10 nails, a new application is performed.
The warranty is void if the product is removed (removing the product weakens the nail). A photo as proof must be sent to the location where the service was performed (if, for any reason, the appointment cannot be scheduled, the exception will be at our discretion). The warranty is void if 8 days pass without the required procedure being followed.
Acrylic Nails
Warranty of 1 to 5 days only for detachment.
If an acrylic nail breaks (impact, misuse), the warranty is at our discretion.
Generally, oily, weak, and flaky nails experience product detachment; in these cases, there is no guarantee.
